This privacy policy explains how Beacon Plumbing AZ LLC (“Beacon Plumbing AZ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit beaconplumbingaz.com, call or text us, request service or book an appointment.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address or city/ZIP, and details about your plumbing issue when you fill out a form, book online, call, text or email us.
- Booking and job information: Housecall Pro provides our online booking. Housecall Pro collects the information you enter in the booking window on our behalf to schedule and manage your appointment.
- Calls and messages: we handle calls and texts to our business line through Housecall Pro. An automated assistant may answer them and record the details of your request so we can respond.
- Website usage: like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited). If we have analytics turned on, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Analytics uses cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, schedule and perform service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up on completed work.
- To send invoices and receipts and to keep records of work performed at your home.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your request or appointment (for example confirmations, reminders, “on the way” notices and follow-ups). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share text-messaging opt-in data and consent with any third party except the service providers that deliver our messages.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their work — for example Housecall Pro (scheduling, calls, texts, invoicing), our website host, our email provider and, if we have it turned on, Google Analytics. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our customers or others.

Our site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, plus analytics cookies when we have Google Analytics turned on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor our obligations to you and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We periodically delete website form submissions that don’t become jobs.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
